Development support

Talk to us.

Email us for setup help, bug reports, and feedback. Your email app opens so you can review and send your message; no inventory or attachments are included automatically.

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@orion-lattice.systems.

If no email app opens, copy the address into your preferred email service. We respond by email; there is no guaranteed response time.

Help us understand the issue.

  1. Include your device model, operating system, and InfraCrate version.
  2. Describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
  3. If useful, attach a screenshot with private information removed.

Please don’t email passwords, API keys, backup passwords, or your full inventory. Share only what is needed to explain the issue.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you write.

Where can I download InfraCrate?

InfraCrate is in development for Android and iOS. There is no public app-store release yet. Availability will be announced on the product page.

Do I need an account?

The current app does not use an InfraCrate account or inventory cloud sync. Inventory is stored on your device. Read the privacy policy for email, export, printing, and file-provider details.

How should I protect my inventory before moving devices?

Create a password-protected full backup in Settings, keep the password somewhere safe, and verify a successful restore before removing the original app or device data. Cross-device transfer is still being tested. A CSV export is not a full backup.

Can support recover my local inventory or backup password?

We do not hold a server copy of your inventory, and the app does not save your backup password. Support cannot recover that password or a lost local inventory without a usable backup.

Is InfraCrate a password manager or network monitor?

No. Do not store passwords or API secrets in it. Connections and device status are documented inventory information, not live monitoring.
