1. Scope and availability
These terms describe use of the Orion Lattice website at orion-lattice.systems and any InfraCrate development build provided under these terms. Using this website does not purchase or subscribe you to a service.
InfraCrate is in development. Descriptions and previews reflect current work, not a promise of a release date, final feature set, price, or app-store availability. A future public release may include additional terms presented before use.
2. Responsible use
Use the website and app lawfully and only document assets and information you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, or use it to infringe others’ rights.
InfraCrate is an inventory and documentation tool, not a password manager, credential vault, or live network-monitoring service. Do not store passwords, API secrets, or other credentials in it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for decisions based on it.
3. Your data and backups
You retain your rights in the information and files you add to InfraCrate. Keep independent backups and protect exported files and backup passwords. We do not hold a server copy of your local inventory and cannot recover a lost backup password.
Development builds may change, contain errors, or lose data. Verify backups before relying on them and before upgrading, uninstalling, or moving devices. Avoid using development builds as the only record of important infrastructure.
The privacy policy explains current storage, encryption, local scanning, email correspondence, and external file-provider behavior.
4. Intellectual property and third parties

These notices do not claim ownership of your inventory, third-party materials, or exclusive copyright in AI-generated artwork. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Rights in website content and software remain with their respective owners. Access to the site does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond applicable law or an accompanying software license. Third-party software may have its own license terms.
External websites, file providers, and platform services operate under their own terms. You decide whether to use them. A link does not make Orion Lattice responsible for that provider’s content or operation.
5. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that this website or development software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided as available without additional warranties.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. No service-level commitment or guaranteed support response time is offered through this website.
